I'm a complete beginner. Is yoga right for me?

Absolutely! Yoga is for everybody, regardless of age, fitness level, or flexibility. Our beginner classes are specially designed to introduce fundamental poses and breathing techniques in a supportive environment. Our instructors provide modifications for all levels and focus on proper alignment to ensure safety and comfort. Many members report significant benefits within just a few classes.

How often should I practice yoga to see results?

Consistency is more important than frequency. Even practicing once or twice a week can provide significant benefits. For optimal results, we recommend 3-4 sessions per week. However, it's important to listen to your body and not overexert yourself, especially when first starting. Many members begin with just one class per week and gradually increase as they build strength and stamina.

What should I wear to yoga class?

Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Form-fitting clothes work well as they stay in place during poses and allow instructors to check your alignment. You don't need special yoga clothes—any activewear or stretchy, comfortable items will do. We practice barefoot, so no special footwear is required. If you tend to get cold during relaxation, consider bringing a light sweater or socks for the end of class.

Do I need to bring my own mat and props?

We provide high-quality mats and all necessary props (blocks, straps, blankets, bolsters) at no additional cost. If you prefer to use your own mat for hygiene reasons, you're welcome to bring it. We sanitize all equipment between uses, but many regular practitioners eventually purchase their own mat. We also have mats and basic props available for purchase at our studio shop if you decide to start your home practice.

What's your cancellation and makeup class policy?

We understand that life can be unpredictable. Classes can be canceled up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. For cancellations with less than 4 hours' notice, the class will be deducted from your package. Membership holders can make up missed classes within the same month. We value flexibility and aim to accommodate our members' changing schedules whenever possible—just communicate with us!
